Summary:The invention discloses an audio microphone switching module and an audio microphone switching method applied to a self-service terminal, belongs to the technical field of audio microphone switching, and aims to solve the problem of how to ensure the privacy of call contents of customers and maintain information security. According to the technical scheme, the audio microphone switching module comprises an MCU (Micro Control Unit) processor and a switching unit, wherein the MCU processor is used for controlling the switching unit. The audio microphone switching method comprises the following steps: an audio microphone channel interface of the self-service terminal in an initial state is communicated with an external audio microphone channel interface; when a telephone handle is required to be used for a remote call, a request is reported to an upper computer; the upper computer transmits a command through a serial port, and enables an audio microphone switching module; a dual-path switching relay switches the audio microphone channel interface of the self-service terminal to be communicated with an audio output channel interface of the telephone handle and a microphone input channel interface of the telephone handle to make the remote call through the telephone handle; after the remote call is finished, the dual-path switching relay switches the audio microphone channel interface of the self-service terminal back to the initial state.
