Summary:The invention provides a cast-in-place pile verticality calculation method. According to the method, an ultrasonic detector is adopted, three-dimensional information of an obtained cast-in-place pile is obtained through calculation; hole wall points at the same depth or at the similar depth are fit into a circle, and in addition, the circle center coordinate and the circle radius are worked out; the identical method is adopted for fitting the hole wall points at each depth into a circle, and the circle center coordinate and the circle radius of the circle at the corresponding depth are calculated; the circle centers of all fitting circles representing the cast-in-place pile are subjected to space linear fitting to obtain a three-dimensional space expression of a fitting straight line; an included angle between a circle center fitting straight line and the plumb line is an inclination angle of the cast-in-place pile, and the tangent value of the inclination angle equals to the value of the verticality. The cast-in-place pile verticality calculation method has the advantages that a fitting method is used, the fitting method realizes better stability than a sampling method, meanwhile, the common perpendicular is combined for calculating the perpendicularity, and the method is more accurate and more stable than the traditional four-line detection method.
