The invention discloses a dual-fixing anchor bolt comprising a metal shank. The metal shank comprises a bearing segment and a connecting segment. The bearing segment is sleeved with a bearing drum and a squeezing sleeve. The bearing segment is provided with a projecting edge for use with lock keys to fasten the bearing drum between the projecting edge and the lock keys; the bearing drum is provided with expanding sheets distributed around the axis of the bearing drum; gaps allowing cement to enter the bearing drum are provided among the expanding sheets; the end, abutted to the squeezing sleeve, of the bearing drum is horn shaped, and the wall of the squeezing drum is provided with a cement inlet. After the metal shank is axially moved, the projecting edge and the squeezing sleeve compress the bearing drum face to face and stop until the expanding sheets are bent and fastened in connecting holes; meanwhile by the use with the cement in the connecting holes, mechanical and chemical fixation is achieved. The cement is capable of isolating air so that the metal shank is protected from corrosion and ageing; welding nuts are not required; firmness is permanent; safety of building accessories can be improved, and cost thereof can be decreased.
