Summary:The invention discloses a method for performing intelligent testing on the reliability and timeliness of a sludge pump of the conventional petroleum drilling machine based on an electric control system of the petroleum drilling machine, belongs to the technical field of petroleum drilling, and particularly relates to a sludge pump control method for a petroleum drilling machine. The method comprises the following steps: after the end of a previous operation link, rapidly clearing a current sludge pump given value after a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) receives a command through one-key operation on a touch screen of visual man-machine interaction equipment; judging whether the practical parameters of the sludge pump meet a rapid stop requirement or not; giving corresponding prompt information; automatically restoring the sludge pump to an original running state after set time delay; judging whether the practical parameters of the sludge pump can meet rapid start requirement of the sludge pump once again through the PLC and giving a corresponding prompt; making a sludge pump testing report; rapidly realizing sludge pump testing and rapidly entering a next important operation link. By adopting the method, seamless linking of two operation links is realized, and the potential risk of the conventional method is eliminated; moreover, the method is easy to operate, and test results are not influenced by human factors.
