Summary: | The invention discloses a technique and device for lowering hydrogen gas circulating rate in a hydrogenation reaction process. The technique adopts a reactor sectional feed mode, a hydrogen gas-reactant mixed vaporized material and the discharged material of the previous reactor enter the next reactor together for reaction, and the hydrogen gas is excessive in each reaction process, i.e. the mole ratio of the hydrogen gas to the reactant is greater than the stoichiometric proportion. By adopting the sectional feed mode, the remnant hydrogen gas from the previous reaction is reutilized, thereby obviously lowering the hydrogen gas circulating rate; and meanwhile, the hydrogen gas and reactant are mixed and vaporized, and then sectionally fed, so the energy consumption is lower. The device has the advantages of simple structure and low cost for reconstruction. |
