Summary:The invention discloses a radial bogie which comprises a framework, wheel sets, steering beams and a coupling device. The coupling device at least comprises a first hydraulic actuator and a second hydraulic actuator, one of a cylinder body and a piston rod of the first hydraulic actuator and one of a cylinder body and a piston rod of the second hydraulic actuator are connected with the framework, and the other one of the cylinder body and the piston rod of the first hydraulic actuator and the other one of the cylinder body and the piston rod of the second hydraulic actuator are connected with different steering beams; two cavities of the first hydraulic actuator are correspondingly communicated with two cavities of the second hydraulic actuator one to one so that the two steering beams connected with the first hydraulic actuator and the second hydraulic actuator can swing reversely relative to the framework to form radial distribution. The hydraulic coupling device is adopted, occupied space is small, arrangement on the radial bogie is facilitated, elastic vibration and revolute pair abrasion cannot happen, security and reliability are achieved, and service life is long. Because of the almost incompressible characteristic of hydraulic oil, the two coupled steering beams almost swing simultaneously, coupling is high in effect and sensitive, and good radial capacity is achieved. The invention further discloses a rail locomotive.
