Summary:The invention discloses a feed pit fireproof device which comprises a cover plate group, wherein the cover plate group comprises a plurality of cover plates, small parts of the cover plates are overlapped together, every two adjacent cover plates are connected with a chain with the proper length, the length of the iron chain can ensure that the next cover plate can be pulled to fall down when the last cover plate is covered, and the cover plates are rotatably connected with the ground at one side of a feed pit by a rotary shaft. Compared with the prior art, for the feed pit fireproof device, various defects of original roller shutter doors are overcome, the start speed is high, the structure is simple, a pneumatic start device and a manual start device are adopted to ensure the reliability of the whole device, and an electromagnetic valve is adopted to control the pneumatic start device to form linkage with various alarm devices of the feed pit, and thus human errors are reduced.
