A control device is provided with: a plurality of communication units (11-1 to 11-N) which receive data (31-1 to 31-N) from measurement control devices (30-1 to 30-N), respectively; a control unit (12) which calculates a manipulation signal for controlling a device to be controlled (20) on the basis of the data (31-1 to 31-N) from the communication units (11-1 to 11-N), and outputs the manipulation signal to the device to be controlled (20); a storage unit (13) which stores the data (31-1 to 31-N) inputted from the communication units (11-1 to 11-N); a first monitoring unit (14-1) and a second monitoring unit (14-2) which each calculate an operation value by performing a predetermined operation on the basis of the data (31-1 to 31-N) acquired at a predetermined timing from the storage unit (13), determine whether the operation value satisfies an interruption condition on which the manipulation signal is interrupted, and, when the interruption condition is satisfied, output an interruption signal; and a first interruption unit (15-1) and a second interruption unit (15-2) which, upon receiving the interruption signal outputted from the first monitoring unit (14-1) and/or the second monitoring unit (14-2), each interrupt the manipulation signal outputted from the control unit (12) to the device to be controlled (20).
