Summary: | The invention belongs to the field of magnetic materials and relates to a transformer composite magnetic material and a preparing method thereof. The transformer composite magnetic material comprises, by weight, 1.3% to 2.7% of Co, 0.3% to 0.8% of Ni, 0.4% to 0.7% of Ru, 0.2% to 0.3% of Y, 0.5% to 1.1% of W, 0.2% to 0.5% of As, 0.6% to 1.5% of Ti, 0.2% to 0.7% of Re, and the balance of Fe. The preparing method includes the steps of 1, weighing oxides or monomers of Co, Ni, Ru, Y, W, As, Ti and Re by weight, and performing mixing; 2, melting mixture at high temperature, and performing ingoting, vacuum smelting and cooling; 3, after temperature drops to room level, performing breaking and grinding to obtain powder; and 4, performing powder pressing. |
