The invention discloses an adjustable octopus-shaped lamp which comprises a lamp body. The lamp body is composed of a lamp cover and a lamp barrel. A circle of first luminous units are arranged at the position, close to the upper end, of the lamp barrel, and a circle of second luminous units are arranged at the position, close to the lower end, of the lamp barrel. Eight U-shaped claw legs are arranged on the periphery of the lamp barrel at equal intervals. Third luminous units are arranged at the end portions of all the U-shaped claw legs respectively. Actuators are arranged at the bottoms of all the U-shaped claw legs respectively. Multiple first arc heat dissipation holes are formed in the lamp cover, multiple second heat dissipation holes are vertically formed in the lamp barrel, and each U-shaped claw leg is provided with multiple third heat dissipation holes. A lifting adjustment device is arranged at the bottom of the lamp barrel.
