Summary: | The invention provides a method for crushing oil-producing microbial cells of pressurized heating jet flow, and belongs to the technical field of cell crushing. The method for crushing oil-producing microbial cells of pressurized heating jet flow comprises the following steps: pressurizing oil-producing microbial cells, and spraying out from a pipeline at a 6-10fold sound velocity; and simultaneously heating the pipeline to 100-200 DEG C, then enabling the sprayed oil-producing microbial cells to hit against inner side walls of two parallel and opposite hard flat plates at angles of 15-165 degrees, and repeatedly hitting for 3-10 times. According to the method provided by the invention, oil-producing microbial cells can be efficiently crushed once; the operation process is simple; the raw materials do not need to be pretreated; a chemical or biochemical reagent does not need to be added; the overall crushing process is friendly to environment, and free of pollution; the crushing rate is 100%; and the method can be widely applied to the technical field of crushing of oil-producing microbial cells. |
