Summary: | The invention discloses a method for extracting grease in fructus cannabis by using an aqueous enzymatic method. The method comprises the following steps: extruding, puffing and extracting fructus cannabis protein and grease, and performing enzymolysis and enzyme deactivation centrifugation, thereby obtaining free oil, a liquid phase and fructus cannabis residues after centrifugal separation; filtering the free oil, and performing dehydration treatment, thereby obtaining fructus cannabis oil, wherein the residues can be used as a feed raw material. The invention further provides a fructus cannabis protein drink which is prepared by recycling the liquid phase byproduct generated after the grease of fructus cannabis is extracted by using the aqueous enzymatic method, filtering the liquid phase, adding water and a sweetening agent, homogenizing, and sterilizing. The protein content of the drink is 3-8%, and compared with other fructus cannabis drinks sold on the market, the fructus cannabis drink provided by the invention has the advantages that the dosage of additives is greatly reduced and natural plant fragrance is achieved. |
