Summary: | The invention discloses a TPE material for a titrimeter of an infusion device and a preparation method thereof. The TPE material comprises the following raw materials by weight: 60-80 parts of ethylene-octene segmented copolymer, 20-40 parts polypropylene, 1-1.5 parts of stearamide, 0.4-0.8 part of an antioxidant, 10 parts of white oil, wherein the total weight is 100 parts and the ethylene-octene segmented copolymer is an OBC elastomer. Compared with commonly used PVC material for the titrimeter of the infusion device, the TPE material provided by the invention has the following advantages: (1) the TPE material does not contain vinyl chloride monomer or a plasticizer DEHP, and protects the health of patients and medical workers; (2) the TPE material has no absorption on the drug, and does not affect the therapeutic effect; (3) the TPE material does not apply to additive of metal ions, so as to prevent the patients from the harm of metal ions; and (4) the TPE material does not produce carcinogenic dioxin gas in burning. |
