Summary:The invention discloses a lightweight composite smoke exhausting pipeline taking saw powder as a main material. The lightweight composite smoke exhausting pipeline consists of saw powder, gypsum powder and magnesium oxide and is characterized in that 30-40kg of the saw powder, 10-15kg of gypsum powder, 10-15kg of quartz sand and 10-15kg of first-grade fly ash are added into every 100kg of magnesium oxide, and brine, a modifier, a reinforcing agent and rib reinforcements are added into the mixture. The industrial flow comprises following steps: preparing dry powder materials such as saw powder and gypsum powder, adding the modifier, stirring and mixing in a jar, preparing brine, adding the brine into the mixture, stirring again to obtain paste, adding the paste into a mold for forming, laying rib reinforcements, and performing constant-temperature maintenance for forming. An edge lapping structure is arranged at each of two ends of a main structure of the smoke exhausting pipeline, and connecting screw holes are formed in the edge lapping structures in advance. The lightweight composite smoke exhausting pipeline taking the saw powder as the main material, provided by the invention, is a lightweight composite material and is suitable for pipeline exhausting of a variety of industrial smoke dust and resident smoke dust, so that comprehensive utilization of waste materials is realized, and exhaustive exploitation of resources is effectively reduced.
