The system comprises an installing frame, two sliding guiding shoes, a plurality of clamping pieces, a plurality of twisting force structures and connecting devices, wherein the two sliding guiding shoes are installed at the two ends of the installing frame through the connecting devices, the two sliding guiding shoes are connected with a guide rail in a hoistway, the freedom degree of wire ropes is effectively controlled through the meshing effect of the sliding guiding shoes and the guide rail in the hoistway, it is avoided that the wire ropes freely swing in the hoistway of an elevator, the clamping pieces are installed on the installing frame through the twisting force structures, the wire ropes are tightly clamped through the clamping pieces, and when a certain wire rope has overlarge twisting force, the internal overlarge twisting force in the wire rope can be released through the rotating effect of the twisting force structures.
