The invention discloses an electric whole passenger vehicle control system based on a programmable logic controller technology. The electric whole passenger vehicle control system comprises a programmable control logic operation unit and a plurality of executing units. The programmable control logic operation unit executes PLC commands established by a whole vehicle factory, and the executing units are adopted to control the electric whole passenger vehicle control system to be externally arranged. The electric whole passenger vehicle control system has the advantages that by means of the electric whole passenger vehicle control system based on the programmable logic controller technology, the whole vehicle factory is made to conduct programming and testing according to a whole vehicle control strategy of the whole vehicle factory, one control system is suitable for vehicles of different models or functions, the whole vehicle factory only needs to conduct simple modification on a PLC program to meet the requirement, and the system is good in transplantation and universality.
