Summary: | The invention relates to a method for forming an aluminum alloy conical sheet special-shaped part. The method comprises the steps of shearing an aluminum alloy sheet into strips with a sheet metal cutting machine; conducting blanking on a pressure machine; deburring blank obtained through blanking, then placing the blank into an electric box furnace to be heated, and conducting heat preservation after temperature reaches 400+/-10 DEG C; applying lubricating oil on the surface of the blank; placing the lubricated blank on a hydraulic machine and conducting cold extrusion forming on the hydraulic machine in a die manufactured according to technological requirements; machining the blank obtained through extrusion forming. By the adoption of the method, the aluminum alloy conical sheet special-shaped part can be formed through fine blanking and cold extrusion, and a reliable forming method is provided for wide application of high-strength aluminum alloy special-shaped parts in the industrial fields such as war industry and automotive industry. The production efficiency of the extrusion forming technology is high, materials can be saved, two pieces can be formed through one mold, dimensional precision is high, and bulk production is facilitated. |
