Summary: | The invention relates to a numerical control machining method for aero-engine main nozzle parts. The method comprises the steps that a bar material is clamped at a turn-milling combined machining center, and machining is conducted by a numerical control machining method according to the following work step flow paths of automatic feeding, front end face rough turning, center bore punching, drilling, inner hole rough boring, half slot milling, wire slot rough milling, rear end face rough turning, rear end face half finished turning, rear end face finish turning, front end face half finished turning, inner hole half finished boring, wire slot finish milling, front end face finish turning, root slot turning, inner hole finish boring, butt joint and cutting-off, automatic discharging, and thus finished parts can be continuously machined. The numerical control machining method has the advantages that process optimization is conducted on the turn-milling combined machining center by a numerical control machining and simulation technology, and the optimized process is changed to be in the mode that machining is completed in one process at the turn-milling combined machining center from the mode of combined machining of eight processes in original common equipment machining. It is verified through tests and lot production that the quality of machined parts completely meets the design requirement. |
