Summary:The invention discloses a machining method for an inclined small-diameter long hole. The machining method is characterized by including the following steps that firstly, a gun drill system is arranged on a machine tool and achieves high-pressure cooling; the coaxiality of a main shaft and the center of a drill bushing body and circle run-out of the main shaft end of the gun drill system are adjusted; a certain include angle is formed between the center line of the drill bushing body and the axis of a workpiece; a sealing and cooling system is adjusted; the positions of points needing machining on the workpiece are determined through scribing; the distance between a tool bar shock absorber and the end face of the drill bushing body is adjusted, and is smaller than four times the diameter of a tool bit of a gun drill; the machining process is controlled. The inclined small-diameter long hole can be machined in high alloy structural steel or other materials difficult to machine, and it is avoided that selection of tools causes structure changing and increasing of the diameter of the hole, so that in the machining process, other parts inside the hole are damaged, and the durability of the tool is low. In addition, in order to guarantee the machining reliability, in the machining process, the tool edge grinding opportunity of the gun drill is controlled, after drill breaking, the method for drill taking and remachining is determined, and product quality is guaranteed.
