The fixing sleeve and the drive motor are connected in an inserted mode through a guide groove, a fixing cover is arranged below the fixing sleeve and of a double-layer structure, the fixing cover is fixedly arranged on a shell of the drive motor, a dust suction ring is embedded in the fixing cover, multiple dust suction ports are formed in the positions opposite to the dust suction ring and evenly distributed around the circumference, the fixing sleeve is communicated with the dust suction ring, the dust suction ring is connected to an exhaust fan through a corrugated pipe, the other end of the exhaust fan is connected to a dust collection bag through a pipeline, and the lower end of the fixing cover stretches to the tail end of the drill bit to the flush with the tail end of the drill bit. A punching device is compact in structure and low in whole mass, the fixing cover is arranged at the portion where dust is likely to be generated in the punching process, the punching device is connected with the dust removal device, the dust removal effect is good, a sucker device is arranged on the periphery of the dust removal device, materials to be punched are adsorbed and fixed, and punching accuracy is improved.
