Summary:The invention relates to a high-pressure water descaling system for a few-leaf-spring long cone rolling production line, and belongs to the field of producing and machining metal products. The high-pressure water descaling system is characterized by comprising a filtering device, an energy storing device, a fluid pressurizing device and a high-pressure descaling device, wherein the filtering device is communicated with a water source through a pipeline, the energy storing device is communicated with the filtering device through a pipeline, the fluid pressurizing device is communicated with the energy storing device and an air source through pipelines, and the high-pressure descaling device is communicated with the fluid pressurizing device, the air source and the water source through pipelines. A traditional working procedure is simplified in the aspect of procedures. Segmented and graduated pressurization is adopted in the pressurizing process and completely different from the pressurizing mode of an existing conventional high-pressure water descaling system, and the pressurizing process is short and fast. An air supplementing pipe and a water replenishing pipe are arranged in each descaling nozzle, on one hand, the air supplementing pipes can offset pressure lost in the conveying pipelines, and on the other hand, the fluid amount and the fluid pressure on the nozzles can be stabilized by the air supplementing pipes and the water replenishing pipes, so that the whole production process is controlled accurately.
