Summary:The invention discloses a method for preparing a hydrophilic coating on a hydrophobic surface. The method comprises the steps that a hydrophobic film is prepared on a clean base material, low-viscosity hydrophilic paint is directly sprayed to the surface of the hydrophobic film so that a sprayed hydrophilic coating can be obtained, prebaking is carried out, the surface of the hydrophilic coating obtained through spraying can be coated with a layer of hydrophilic paint in a spinning mode, and then prebaking is carried out. According to the method, the low-viscosity paint solution is dispersed into liquid drops through a nozzle in a spraying mode and deposits on the surface of the hydrophobic film, the shrinking problem happening in the low-viscosity paint coating (silk screening or spin coating) process is solved, the coated hydrophilic coating surface is evenly coated with the hydrophilic paint in the spinning mode, and the obtained hydrophilic coating is complete, uniform and controllable in thickness. Hydrophilic films formed by combining different hydrophilic materials can be obtained by coating different hydrophilic paints in a spinning mode, and the function of the hydrophilic film is increased. The method can be used in the fields of preparing of electric wetting displaying, micro-fluidic chips, hydrophobic surface protection layers of different structures and the like.
