Summary: | The invention describes modification of hydroxylamine hydrochloride and nitrate of polyacrylonitrile in a homogeneous polyacrylonitrile casting solution. Dissolution reaction is performed at the temperature of 70 DEG C while stirring for 24h. A part of nitrile group in polyacrylonitrile reacts with hydroxylamine hydrochloride to generate amidoxime functional groups. A method for modifying the polyacrylonitrile casting solution containing the amidoxime functional groups is provided, and an affinity hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane containing the amidoxime functional groups is prepared; and compared with membrane surface modification, by adopting the method provided by the invention, the amidoxime functional groups are uniformly distributed in the membrane, the aperture of the membrane is easy to control, and the changes in the aperture of the membrane caused by the membrane surface modification and the limitation of diffusion of modification reaction components in the membrane on modification reaction conversion rate are avoided. |
