Summary:The invention discloses a veterinary medicine composition capable of improving a pig immune function, an application and a preparation method of the veterinary medicine composition. Each 1,000g of veterinary medicine composition is prepared from the following components by weight: 300-600g of folium cortex eucommiae, 5-12g of bacillus licheniformis, 5-30g of bacillus subtilis, 0.5-5g of vitamin E and the balance of glucose, wherein the folium cortex eucommiae can be replaced with a folium cortex eucommiae extract; and the veterinary medicine composition is prepared by the steps of preprocessing the components, mixing and sub-packaging. The veterinary medicine composition disclosed by the invention can be applied to a feed additive, so that the immune index of the pig can be significantly improved; the immune function of the pig is enhanced; and the growth of the pig is promoted.
