The first support capable of overturning upwards by 90 degrees is arranged at the top end of the base and is movably connected with the base. The second support is arranged under the first support and fixedly connected to the base. The third support is arranged under the second support and comprises fixed posts on two sides, a first hanger, supporting rods on two sides and a second hanger, the fixed posts are arranged on the base, the first hanger is connected with the fixed posts, the supporting rods are arranged at the tail ends of the fixed posts vertically, and the second hanger is connected with the bottom ends of the supporting rods. The towel rack has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in use, space saving, benefit to cleaning and the like.
