The invention relates to an underground railway tunnel construction power cable. The cable comprises a plurality of conductors, insulating layers, inner shielding layers, an outer shielding layer, an inner protecting layer, an armored protecting layer and a protecting sleeve, wherein the polyethylene insulating layers, the aluminum foil lapping layer inner shielding layers and the copper wire braided layer outer shielding layer are extruded and wrapped on the conductors to form insulating wire cores; the high-flame resistance polyethylene layer inner protecting layer, the steel wire braided armored protecting layer and the G130D type elastic protecting sleeve are sequentially arranged on a cable core consisting of a plurality of insulating wire cores from inside to outside. The cable is reasonable and simple in structure, easy to produce and manufacture, low in cost, and good in using performance, has reliable service life, thermal stability, dampproof property, excellent electric performance, physical mechanical performance, high flame resistance, and high temperature resistance; the protecting sleeve is not cracked; the cable can bear relatively high impact and is long in service life; the cable is the ideal cable for a tunnel and a pit well field.
