Summary:The invention provides a paper management system and a paper management method. Information obtained by a banknote processer can be constantly managed for a long time and can be utilized among users for management of banknotes in different forms. Furthermore, setting and modification can be easily carried out to forms. At the same time, information obtained by the banknote processer can be provided for the users in the desired form. The paper management system is provided with a storage part (30) for at least storage of specific information and multiple output forms and a control part (20). The specific information is acquired while banknotes are processed by banknote processors (400, 500, 600) and has identifying information containing serial numbers. The control part (20) is used for outputting specific information according to one of output forms after machining.
