Summary:The invention discloses a LED gelatine powder precision automatic burdening method, the method can be realized through hardware and software, software is arranged in a PLC controller system, hardware comprises several powder feeding apparatus, several gelatin feeding apparatus and an air compressor, a container cup is arranged at lower part of a discharge hatch, a container cup is placed on a precision weighing instrument, the air compressor is connected to the gelatin feeding apparatus through a pipeline, the gelatin feeding apparatus can control a switch by a solenoid valve, a large gelatin valve and a small gelatin valve are arranged at a discharge end, the large gelatin valve and the small gelatin valve are connected to a solenoid valve respectively through a flexible pipe, the solenoid valve is connected to a PLC controller, the PLC controller can control switch of the solenoid valve according to weight feedback information weighed by the precision weighing instrument, the PLC controller can control the feeding speed, vibration frequency, motor rotating speed and operation voltage value of the powder feeding apparatus according to the weight feedback information weighed by the precision weighing instrument, and thereby precision ratio is reached.
