The invention relates to purple sweet potato health cola. The purple sweet potato health cola comprises a main raw material, an accessory, Chinese herbal medicines and blending agents, wherein the main raw material is purple sweet potato; the accessory is white granulated sugar; the Chinese herbal medicines comprise wolfberry, liquorice, ganoderma, radix polygoni multiflori, cassia bark, pericarpium citri reticulatae and angelica sinensis; the blending agents comprise phosphoric acid, aspartame, caramel pigment, potassium sorbate, essence and carbonated water. The purple sweet potato health cola is prepared by the following steps: after cleaning and slicing the purple sweet potato, soaking the purple sweet potato in a citric acid solution for 24 hours to obtain purple sweet potato extraction juice, and carrying out enzyme treatment and sterilization on the purple sweet potato extraction juice, so as to obtain purple sweet potato juice; crushing and sieving the Chinese herbal medicines, extracting traditional Chinese medicine diffusion juice by virtue of a hot water reflux method; adding the white granulated sugar and water into a pot, uniformly stirring, and heating and boiling to obtain syrup; and adding aspartame, a potassium sorbate solution, phosphoric acid, the traditional Chinese medicine diffusion juice, the purple sweet potato juice, a caramel pigment solution and essence, uniformly stirring to prepare semi-finished purple sweet potato health cola, filling a container with the semi-finished purple sweet potato health cola, immediately sealing the container after the container is filled with carbonated water, and carrying out sterilization and examination, so as to obtain the purple sweet potato health cola.
