Summary:The invention discloses a high-speed and high-frequency modulator circuit and method. The high-speed and high-frequency modulator circuit includes nine couplers, a digital-to-analog converter, eight transistors, a power divider and five resistors. With the high-speed and high-frequency modulator circuit and method of the invention adopted, a traditional method in which multiplication is performed on modulation signals and carrier signals so as to obtain modulated signals can be changed; the modulation signals are converted into control voltage signals of an attenuation control circuit, and high-speed modulation can be realized through performing attenuation control on I and Q components of the carrier signals.
