Summary: | The invention discloses a high-voltage motor stator coil insulation structure comprising a linear-section insulation portion and a bent-section insulation portion. The linear-section insulation portion comprises a first insulation layer formed by wrapping two mica tapes around a linear section of a coil body for six times in a mixed semi-overlaying mode, and a first low-resistance tape wraps the first insulation layer in a semi-overlaying mode; the bent-section insulation portion comprises a second insulating layer formed by wrapping two mica tapes around a bent section of the coil body for five times in a mixed semi-overlaying mode, and a second low-resistance tape wraps the second insulation layer in a semi-overlaying mode; a high-resistance tape wraps the first low-resistance tape and the second low-resistance tape in a semi-overlaying mode, and an alkali-free glass tape wraps the high-resistance tape in a semi-overlaying mode. The high-voltage motor stator coil insulation structure is excellent in electrical property, the minimum breakdown voltage is 92.00kV, the minimum breakdown field strength is 61.33MV/m, normal-state dielectric loss and thermal-state dielectric loss are low, the conventional aging temperature index reaches 181 and operation reliability of a high-voltage asynchronous motor can be well guaranteed. |
