The invention discloses a power battery top cover with high sealing property. The power battery top cover comprises a top cover base plate, wherein two polar column holes which respectively penetrate through a positive polar column and a negative polar column are formed in the top cover base plate; a barrel-shaped fixing drum is arranged around the polar column holes in a manner of extending towards the outer upper part; the inner cavity of the fixing drum is larger than the positive polar column or the negative polar column, and an annular clearance is formed between the fixing drum and the positive polar column or the negative polar column; the inner surface of the fixing rum is covered by a first sealed insulating layer; when the positive polar column or the negative polar column penetrates through the corresponding polar column hole, the surface of a column body opposite to the fixing drum is covered by a second sealed insulating layer; a third sealed insulating layer is arranged in the annular clearance between the fixing drum and the positive polar column or the negative polar column.
