Summary: | The invention provides a design method of a plane folding table on the basis of multi-objective optimization. The design method comprises the following steps: according to the shape of a tabletop edge line, establishing a space rectangular coordinate system; determining the width c of a wood board through the tabletop edge line; and selecting a folding angle (a batten on the outmost side) and the position d (distance to the tabletop) of a reinforcing steel bar on the utmost side as variables. A multi-target optimization problem is established by utilizing geometrical relationship and requirements, such as stability, processing convenience, material saving and the like, and MATLAB software is used for solving. In a solving process, the multi-target optimization problem is converted into a single-target optimization problem, a parameter is given, and finally, the processing parameters of each batten are given. |
