Summary: | The invention provides a detection device for testing the existence of a battery protecting adhesive tape. The detection device comprises a base plate, brackets, fixing screws, roller shaft brackets, mercury sliding blocks and stainless steel roller wheels, wherein the four brackets are arranged on the base plate; the roller shaft brackets are fixed on one side of corresponding brackets through the fixing screws; the stainless steel roller wheels are fixed inside corresponding roller shaft brackets through roller shafts; the sides with the stainless steel roller wheels of two of the four brackets are opposite to the sides with the stainless steel roller wheels of the other two brackets; the four brackets are arranged in a staggered manner; the mercury sliding blocks are arranged inside grooves above the roller shaft brackets; leads are arranged at the upper ends of the roller shaft brackets. The invention provides the detection device for testing the existence of the battery protecting adhesive tape, and by virtue of the characteristic that the protecting adhesive tape is nonconducting, on-line detection on the existence of the protecting adhesive tape is achieved by additionally arranging conductive roller shafts on equipment after a battery is manufactured. |
