Summary: | The invention discloses a tea dryer. The outer wall of a boiler is connected with a water inlet pipe and a drainage pipe, wherein the water inlet pipe is provided with a first electromagnetic valve; the drainage pipe is provided with a second electromagnetic valve; vertical pipes are densely arranged in the boiler; the upper ends of the vertical pipes are communicated with a same upper connecting pipe, and the lower ends of the vertical pipes are communicated with a same lower connecting pipe; the top of the outer wall of the boiler is provided with an air inlet pipe; one end of the air inlet pipe is connected with an air compressor, and the other end of the air inlet pipe is communicated with the upper connecting pipe; a three-way air outlet pipe is arranged on the lower part of the outer wall of the boiler; a main pipeline of the three-way air outlet pipe is communicated with the lower connecting pipe; one branch pipe of the three-way air outlet pipe is connected with a third electromagnetic valve and a thermometer, and another branch pipe of the three-way air outlet pipe is connected with a fourth electromagnetic valve and an air supply pipe. The temperature of the air is effectively heated to over 320 DEG C through an electrical heating mode, so the best drying temperature of tea is achieved; the tea dryer has the advantages of simple structure, easiness in implementation, convenience in mounting of the vertical pipes in the boiler and low cost. |
