Summary:The invention relates to a waste water and heat utilization device for a mushroom culture medium sterilization boiler. The device comprises a tap water feeding tube, a waste water pool, a boiler, a sterilization furnace, more than two heat exchangers, a water supply tube and a heating tube. The tap water feeding tube is connected with the more than two heat exchangers which are disposed in the waste water pool, the first heat exchanger is connected with the boiler which is connected with the sterilization furnace, and the second heat exchanger is connected with the water supply tube for supplying water for a bathroom and the heating tube connected with a heating radiator. Thermal energy of all steam and hot water in the waste water pool is fully used, the device thermal energy usage rate is high, and production costs are reduced.
