Summary:The invention provides a manufacturing method of a polyacrylonitrile based carbon fiber. The oil agents for carbon fiber filaments at least comprise an ammonia modified silicone oil, and also comprise higher aliphatic acid with an amount equal to 0.1 to 5.0 mole equivalents of amino groups in the ammonia modified silicone oil. The oil agents are used to process the PAN filaments, and the problems during the manufacturing process of PAN crude filaments can be solved therefor.
