Summary:The invention discloses a residual stress eliminating device for an arc-shaped forge piece. The residual stress eliminating device is used for a press machine and comprises an upper pressing block and a lower pressing block, wherein movable sliding blocks are respectively arranged at the both ends of the upper pressing block and the lower pressing block; sawteeth for clamping the two ends of the sliding forge piece are arranged on the inner side surfaces of the sliding blocks; a plurality of rollers are arranged at the upper part the lower pressing block and arranged in an arc shape; the sliding blocks slide on the rollers. When the residual stress eliminating device is used, the upper pressing block is fixed on a stamping block of the press machine, and the lower pressing block is fixed on a workbench of the press machine; when the stamping block drives the upper pressing block to press down, the sliding blocks can resolve the pressure into a clamping force and a drawing force, and then the sliding blocks enable two ends of the forge piece to be clamped on the rollers and slide to the two ends; furthermore, the relation between the press-down distance of the upper pressing block and the tension amount can be calculated through the angle, and the control can be more complete. Therefore, the residual stress of the arc-shaped forge piece can be eliminated, the precision can be improved, the whole process is stable, uniform and controllable, the cost is lowered, and the production efficiency is improved.
