The invention relates to a hydrophilic coating aluminium foil and its manufacturing method. The hydrophilic coating aluminium foil comprises a hydrophilic coating coated on an aluminum foil of 0.050-0.100 mm thick. The hydrophilic coating contains a priming coat and a top coat. Primers for forming the priming coat contain the following main ingredients: 20-28 wt% of epoxy resin containing a curing agent, 9-14 wt% of an alcohol ether solvent and the balance water. Top coating for forming the top coat contains the following main ingredients: 8-15 wt% of acrylic resin, 2.5-3.5 wt% of an alcohol ether solvent and the balance water. Through reasonable coating formula, more optimal production technology and parameters and higher processing precision, the hydrophilic coating aluminium foil with a higher level of corrosion resistance is obtained, and processing property of the hydrophilic coating aluminium foil is superior.
