Summary:The invention provides a horizontal movement device of a gluing machine. The horizontal movement device comprises a rack (1) and a handpiece (8) of the gluing machine, and is characterized in that the rack (1) is provided with a pair of guide rails (2), the guide rails (2) are provided with linear bearings (3), and a handpiece guide rail (4) and an adjusting screw rod (5) are straddled between the linear bearings (3); the handpiece guide rail (4) is provided with a group of linear bearings (4a), the adjusting screw rod (5) is provided with a nut (5a) and a rocker (6), and the linear bearings (4a) and the nut (5a) are connected with the handpiece (8) of the gluing machine. The horizontal movement device is simple in structure and convenient in operation; a method of combining linear bearing adjustment and screw rod adjustment is adopted, so that accurate glue box location is realized, a glue box does not fall off after being positioned, and the horizontal movement device has the advantages of less energy consumption, less noises and the like in operation.
