Summary:The invention discloses an automatic production process and device of a steel pipe bundle combined structural component. The production process comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a U-shaped steel pipe; (2) directionally transferring the U-shaped steel pipe; (3) assembling and welding a linear steel pipe bundle structural component; (4) overturning the linear steel pipe bundle structural component; (5) assembling and welding the steel pipe bundle combined structural component; and (6) milling the end of the steel pipe bundle combined structural component. The special device for the automatic production process of the steel pipe bundle combined structural component comprises a cold roll forming device which is arranged along the conveying direction of the U-shaped steel pipe in the production line, a U-shaped steel pipe directional transferring device, an automatic linear steel pipe bundle assembling and welding device, an automatic linear steel pipe bundle structural component overturning device, an automatic steel pipe bundle combined structural component assembling and welding device and an automatic control system for controlling each device to be operated. The automatic production process and device are high in automation degree, high in production efficiency and low in cost.
