Summary:The invention relates to a reaming tool for a non-flat end face. The reaming tool comprises an end face reaming cutter, a fixture positioner, an integral cushion block, a flap cabin side rib and a quick-change bushing, wherein a fixed bushing is arranged on the fixture positioner; the quick-change bushing sleeves and is mounted on the fixed bushing; the fixture positioner is mounted on the integral cushion block; the flap cabin side rib prepositions the integral cushion block by the fixture positioner; the integral cushion block is provided with a boss; meanwhile, the integral cushion block is also provided with a finished part mounting primary hole; a positioning pin is inserted into the finished part mounting primary hole by the fixture positioner so as to position the integral cushion block with the boss; the end face reaming cutter is arranged above the fixed bushing. According to the reaming tool, a mounting process is simplified; the reaming tool is convenient to operate; the problem of a mounting error generated by the case that a gasket needs to be selected according to actually measured data in the mounting process of a flap operation control system is effectively solved; the fussy process of manually selecting the gasket is omitted; meanwhile, an error in the finished part mounting process is also reduced; and the reaming tool not only improves product quality and working efficiency, but also is convenient for maintenance outside a plant.
