Summary:The invention belongs to the technical field of deep sea and relates to a cable washer device which is used for performing washing salt removal and oiling protection on an armored coaxial cable, a photoelectric composite cable or a steel cable and the like for deep sea operation. The cable washer device comprises a flushing mechanism, a drying mechanism, an oiling mechanism, a detecting mechanism, a fixing bracket and a control system, wherein the flushing mechanism comprises a flushing spraying nozzle, an electromagnetic water valve and a pipeline; the drying mechanism comprises an air flushing spraying nozzle, a pressure reducing valve, an electromagnetic valve, a throttle valve, a heating net and an air supply pipeline; the oiling mechanism comprises a greasing spraying nozzle, a mixing atomizer, a heater and the like; the detecting mechanism consists of an information transmitting cam, a proximity switch and a fixing base; the spraying nozzles and the detecting mechanism are fixed on a flat plate on the upper part of the fixing bracket; a sewage receiving disc is arranged on the bottom of the fixing bracket; the control system comprises two parts, i.e. a pneumatic system and an electric control system. The cable washer device is simple in operation and high in automation degree, harmful substances, such as sea water, carried on the steel cable can be removed, meanwhile, the steel cable is oiled to be protected, and the service life of the deep-sea steel cable is prolonged.
