The invention discloses a capsule assisted for reducing blood fat. A preparation method of the capsule comprises the following steps: (1) taking 1-3 parts of natural copper and 3-10 parts of cistanche to uniformly premix and then uniformly mix with 3-5 parts of silkworm compound amino acid powder by an equivalent incremental method so as to prepare premix powder; and (2) adding the mixed powder, 5-10 parts of radix pseudostellariae, 4-8 parts of radix achyranthis bidentatae, 5-8 parts of honey-fried licorice root, 4-9 parts of rhizoma curculiginis, 4-9 parts of hawthorn leaves, 4-7 parts of panax japonicas, 9-15 parts of radix astragali and 1-2 parts of corn cervi pantotrichum into a mixer for mixing until the mixture is uniform and is consistent in color to obtain total mixed powder; granulating; drying; neatening granules; and packing the granules in a hard-shell capsule to obtain the capsules capable of enhancing immunity. The capsule has the advantages that the traditional Chinese herbs capable of reducing blood pressure and blood fat are matched with amino acid capable of reducing blood pressure and blood fat, so that the effect of reducing the blood pressure and the blood fat can be achieved.
