种利用围隔进行克氏原螯虾家系同塘养殖的方法
本发明公开了种利用围隔进行克氏原螯虾家系同塘养殖的方法,其特征在于由以下步骤组成:1)池塘围隔制作和安装;2)克氏原螯虾家系虾放养;3)养殖管理;4)收获。本发明通过在池塘内用HDPE板为每个克氏原螯虾的家系构建相同规格的围隔,围隔上面均匀的打上小孔,再通过定期的全池进水和排水的方式,达到每个围隔的水质环境尽量保持致,同时又避免了不同家系之间的相互影响。利用此种方法开展同塘养殖试验,模拟了自然水域生态环境,能够大大缩小试验条件和自然环境的差异,使试验结果更加科学,针对性更加明显,最终达到不同家系的同塘养殖对照的目的,为后续的优良品种选育提供可靠的依据。 The invention disclo...
