Summary: | The invention discloses a crop seed disinfection assembly. Seed maintaining pits are densely distributed in the inner wall of a drum and a closed door is arranged at an outer orifice of a seed inlet/outlet in the outer circumference of the drum; both ends of the drum are supported on a supporting rack by virtue of a bearing, and an outer gear ring on the drum is constantly engaged with a gear on a motor output shaft; the lower part of a charging tank extends into a heating barrel; water can be held in an inner cavity of the heating barrel below the charging tank, and a heater is arranged in the inner cavity; the outlet end of the charging tank is fixedly communicated with one end of a delivery pipe while the other end of the delivery pipe is fixed to an inner ring of a first bearing, and the excircle of the first bearing is fixed at the inlet end of the drum; the outlet end of the charging tank is fixedly communicated with one end of the delivery pipe while the other end of the delivery pipe is fixed to the inner ring of the first bearing. The crop seed disinfection assembly disclosed by the invention not only can effectively disinfect crop seeds without soaking the seeds and accordingly making the seeds 'drown', but also can prevent the seeds from being cooked to lose activity, so the defects of the conventional disinfection manner can be better overcome. |
