Summary: | The invention relates to a simple box-type substation transformer in-place device which mainly comprises a wheel carrier, guide rails and a crane three portions. The crane is a main body portion of the device and is formed by a vehicle frame, vehicle wheels, guide rail frames and a capstan, wherein the vehicle frame is a rectangular cage-type iron frame; the inner space of the vehicle frame is larger than the size of a transformer; and the outer side of the vehicle frame is provided with a plurality of layers of guide rail frames for erecting the guide rails. The guide rails are arranged according to the ground level of a box-type substation transformer chamber; the wheel carrier is directly arranged on a foot stand of the box-type substation transformer, thereby facilitating the transformer to go in and go out; the guide rails are arranged between the guide rail frames and auxiliary guide rails respectively; the auxiliary guide rails are auxiliary portions of the guide rails, are arranged in the box-type substation transformer chamber, and do not be dismounted after installation; a locking device is arranged between the auxiliary guide rails and the wheel carrier, and the transformer can be tightly locked after installation; the capstan is arranged on the top of the vehicle frame and is for lifting the transformer; and the vehicle wheels are arranged on the bottom feet of the vehicle frame respectively. The simple box-type substation transformer in-place device can be operated by a single person, is extremely high in safety and saves construction cost. |
