The invention discloses packed cargo delivery system and method for express delivery enterprises. The system and method are characterized in that the cargo positions are determined by the three-dimensional box and computer and internet technology, so as to realize optimal delivery. According to the system and method, a client submits ordering information through a network system, the ordered cargos are sub-packed, and then workers pack and deliver according to the printed label information and route information; a cargo tank base provides a low-temperature environment, a high-temperature environment and a room-temperature environment for a cavity of the tank, and the cargo delivery variety and scale can be improved after overlapping and combining; before packing, the cargo storage positions are calculated by the localization algorithm program and an unique number is provided; when in delivery, the optimal route can be calculated for a delivery worker by delivery route optimizing program; all information are stored in a system database, a consignee can simply give the cargo position number and then the delivery worker can quickly locate the physical position of the cargo; an intelligent terminal can assist the delivery worker to quickly locate according to the order or the information of the consignee; therefore, the delivery speed and quality can both be improved.
