Summary: | The invention relates to a non-coding nucleic acid for regulating gene expression, particularly new application of miRNA-200b to preparation of a beta-catenin inhibitor. According to the invention, overexpression and low expression of miR-200b are respectively conducted in hypoxic ischemic brain damage tissues, the protein expression condition of the beta-catenin inhibitor in the expression is detected, and results show that after overexpression of the miR-200b, the protein expression of the beta-catenin inhibitor is reduced, and meanwhile after the low expression of the miR-200b, the protein expression of the beta-catenin inhibitor is improved, so that the miR-200b participates in the repair process of the hypoxic ischemic brain damage through regulation and control of the protein expression of the beta-catenin. The invention provides new application of the miR-200b which can effectively regulate the protein expression of the beta-catenin and has significance on repairing the hypoxic ischemic brain damage. |
