Summary:The invention relates to the technical field of recycling of polypropylene regenerated materials, and particularly relates to a regenerated polypropylene flame-retardant modified material and a preparation method thereof. The regenerated polypropylene flame-retardant modified material comprises the following substances in parts by weight: 100 parts of polypropylene recovered materials, 10-15 parts of glass fibers, 40-45 parts of flame retardants, 1-2 parts of flame-retardant synergists, 10-15 parts of anti-impact modifying agents, 1-2 parts of antioxidants, 0.1-0.5 part of coupling agents and 0.3-0.8 part of reinforcing agents, wherein the flame retardants are compound flame retardants formed by compounding magnesium hydroxide and encapsulated red phosphorus, and the flame-retardant synergists are diatomite. The regenerated polypropylene has the advantages of low toxicity, low smoke and no melting drop, and achieves the oxygen index as high as 38% and the char yield as high as 35. The regenerated polypropylene flame-retardant modified material disclosed by the invention is high in mechanical property and excellent in flame-retardant effect. The preparation method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of high polypropylene purity and few impurities of an obtained polypropylene recovered material, simple preparation process and easiness for industrialization realization.
